Presentations Slides from the AIVC 2025 Workshop Now Available

The AIVC is pleased to announce that the slides from the recent international workshop “Indoor Environmental Quality in Sustainable Buildings” are now available online.

The workshop took place on 1–2 April 2025 in Stuttgart, Germany, and brought together German and international researchers, engineers, and experts to exchange knowledge and share recent developments on indoor environmental quality (IEQ), ventilation, health, and sustainability in buildings.

Mark your calendars for the upcoming AIVC 2025 International Workshop "Indoor Environmental Quality in Sustainable Buildings" to be held on April 1 & 2, 2025  in Stuttgart, Germany!

The workshop is organised by Fraunhofer IBP together with the Air Infiltration and Ventilation Centre (AIVC) and facilitated by INIVE (International Network for Information on Ventilation and Energy Performance).

Feedback from the AIVC/ASC 2024 Workshop in Singapore, “Ventilation, IEQ & Sustainability”

The AIVC 2024 workshop “Ventilation, IEQ & Sustainability" organised in collaboration with ASHRAE Singapore Chapter was held on 18-19 April 2024 in Singapore. Participation was possible in person and the event drew over 160 participants - researchers, engineers & architects and industry representatives. The programme included 21 presentations grouped into 3 sessions: “Optimising Indoor Air Quality for Climate Resilience”, “Reducing Carbon Footprints: The Role of Energy efficient Ventilation Technologies” & “Smart Building Automation for Climate-Adaptive Ventilation”.

Submit your abstracts for the AIVC 2024 Conference, Dublin

We are pleased to announce that the AIVC 2024 Conference “Retrofitting the Building Stock: Challenges and Opportunities for Indoor Environmental Quality" is now accepting abstracts & proposals for topical sessions. The Conference will be held on October 9-10, 2024, at Croke Park, Dublin, Ireland. It will be a joint event combined with the 12th TightVent and the 10th venticool conferences.
